Elizabeth Taylor, The Queen Of All Weddings, Has Died: A Tribute To Her Many Dresses

Dame Elizabeth Taylor passed away today, and in her glamorous memory, we’ve compiled her fabulous, over-the-top, and always interesting looks from her – count them – 8 weddings. Although it’s hard to keep track of the grooms, her dresses are easy to spot. She even starred as the bride in the original Father of the Bride (1950). We’ll miss you, Liz – nobody can quite pull off a wedding like you did!

You have the wrong pictures for weddings 7 and 8. For her second marriage to Richard Burton she wore a long flowing gown of ombre green and white with guinnea fowl feathers, not sure who designed it maybe Halston. For her marriage to John Warner she wore a lavender grey Halson dress and a coat with grey fox fur collar and cuffs with a turban made of the coat and dress fabric twisted together.
